PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE AND CONSENT
I voluntarily consent to and authorize Tribal Cowboy LLC ("Tribal Cowboy"), an Indigenous-owned equine experience business in Athol, Idaho, to use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other visual or audio materials ("Media") in which I or the minor participant named herein may appear, taken during Tribal Cowboy events and activities.
AUTHORIZED USES. I authorize Tribal Cowboy to use this Media for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Website and online galleries (tribalcowboy.com)
- Social media platforms including Instagram (@TribalCowboy), Facebook, and TikTok
- Marketing and promotional materials, printed and digital
- Newsletters, brochures, flyers, and event announcements
- Press releases and media coverage
- Educational and community programming materials
- Same-day photo delivery — photos may be delivered to you via QR code or text and shared with event guests
CUSTOM BRANDED OVERLAYS. I understand that Tribal Cowboy provides custom branded photo overlays featuring event names, logos, and dates as part of its photo delivery service. I consent to my image being included in photos with these overlays.
NO COMPENSATION. I understand I will not receive financial compensation for the use of this Media.
WAIVER OF CLAIMS. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Media or written copy that may be used in connection with my image. I release Tribal Cowboy LLC from any and all claims arising out of the use of this Media, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
This consent is granted in perpetuity and covers all current and future uses by Tribal Cowboy LLC.
