Tribal Cowboy horses at a North Idaho event
For Planners · Fully Vendor-Ready · North Idaho

Horse Entertainment
That Runs Itself.

Tribal Cowboy is the equine vendor event planners in North Idaho reach for first. We show up on time, manage our own animals, carry our own insurance, and leave the venue cleaner than we found it.

Why Planners Book Us

We Make Your Job Easier

Fully Self-Contained

We bring every piece of equipment we need — no borrowing from the venue, no last-minute requests. Our setup and teardown don't touch your timeline.

Vendor-Ready Documentation

Certificate of insurance, W-9, vendor agreements, and safety documentation available immediately. No chasing paperwork.

On Time, Every Time

We arrive 30–45 minutes early for setup and confirm all logistics in writing before the event. You won't be texting us the morning of asking where we are.

Clean Departure

We manage all animal waste during the event and leave the venue clean. Venue coordinators have never had a complaint about our cleanup.

Guest-Safe Operations

Trained handlers manage every guest interaction. We set safe viewing and participation zones and enforce them politely. Your guests are never at risk.

Clear Communication

We confirm in writing, send day-of arrival times, and have a direct phone number staffed during every event. No communication gaps, no surprises.

What We Offer

Services for Events

Every service can be booked standalone or combined into a multi-activity package. We'll build whatever configuration your event needs.

Logistics

What We Need from You

Space requirements

Wagon rides need a clear circuit route and a staging area for the horses to rest between runs. Meet-and-greet stations need a 20×20 ft flat area. We'll assess your venue on a site visit or photos.

Water access

We need access to a hose or water source within 100 feet of the horse area for events longer than 2 hours. We provide our own buckets and equipment.

Vehicle access

We arrive with a truck and trailer. We need a clear pull-through route or large enough turnaround for a 60-foot rig. Standard for most fairgrounds and event venues.

Setup time

We need 45–60 minutes of pre-event access for unloading, setup, and horse acclimation. This is built into our arrival time and doesn't affect your event clock.
