Tribal Cowboy is the equine vendor event planners in North Idaho reach for first. We show up on time, manage our own animals, carry our own insurance, and leave the venue cleaner than we found it.
We bring every piece of equipment we need — no borrowing from the venue, no last-minute requests. Our setup and teardown don't touch your timeline.
Certificate of insurance, W-9, vendor agreements, and safety documentation available immediately. No chasing paperwork.
We arrive 30–45 minutes early for setup and confirm all logistics in writing before the event. You won't be texting us the morning of asking where we are.
We manage all animal waste during the event and leave the venue clean. Venue coordinators have never had a complaint about our cleanup.
Trained handlers manage every guest interaction. We set safe viewing and participation zones and enforce them politely. Your guests are never at risk.
We confirm in writing, send day-of arrival times, and have a direct phone number staffed during every event. No communication gaps, no surprises.
Every service can be booked standalone or combined into a multi-activity package. We'll build whatever configuration your event needs.

We need 45–60 minutes of pre-event access for unloading, setup, and horse acclimation. This is built into our arrival time and doesn't affect your event clock.
