About Tribal Cowboy

Real Horses. Real People. North Idaho Roots.

Tribal Cowboy is owned and operated by Stacie Huffhines, an enrolled member of the Nisenan Maidu Nation. Based in Athol, Idaho, the business runs equine events, school programs, and community experiences rooted in Western and Native heritage.

The work was inspired by Billy, Stacie's brother with Down syndrome. It carries his name and spirit with a goal of making every family feel welcome, safe, and seen.

What People Say

"My daughter has talked about this every single day since the party. She's already asking when we can have Tribal Cowboy back."

Parent, Birthday Party

"The photo delivery was insane. Kids got their pictures on their phones before they left. Best party addition we could've asked for."

Event Coordinator

"Our family reunion needed something special. This was it. Three generations loved those horses."

Light rain isn't a problem — horses don't mind it. For heavy rain, lightning, or extreme weather we'll reschedule at no extra charge. Weather flexibility is built into every booking agreement.
Spring and summer dates fill 6–8 weeks out. Fall and winter are more flexible. Last-minute availability does happen — always worth asking even if your date is close.
